Be sure to select your preferred wedding date and reserve that date as soon as possible to ensure availability with a non-refundable deposit. No date will secure until a $100 deposit is received. Deposits and payments may be made payable to "South Florida Production Group, Inc." via money order or check. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Details will not be coordinated until you have reserved your desired date and time.
A simple $100 deposit holds your time and date. No one else can reserve your time and date once the deposit is made. However, once made there are NO REFUNDS of deposits for cancelled weddings, for any reason. Deposits are the "earnest" monies required to book and secure your desired wedding date and time. Your deposit will count towards the final balance. It may also be applied towards a new available date if the wedding must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. This is subject to approval and availability.
Once you have paid your deposit we can discuss the detailed specifics of your wedding including vow selection and any desired upgrades. Payments may be made prior to the wedding. However, FINAL PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 3 weeks prior to the scheduled wedding date. If full payment is not received on or before three weeks prior to the wedding date, Elegant Beach Bride reserves the right to cancel scheduled weddings without notice. Please communicate with us immediately should the date need to change for any reason.
Any upgrades or modifications to your package must be communicated and agreed to within reasonable time prior to the wedding. We want everything to be perfect on your special day. Having crystal clear communication and expectations is a vital step to ensuring this happens.
Any additional charges Elegant Beach Bride incurrs because of cancellations, postponements or changes will be the clients responsibility. No wedding ceremony will proceed until Elegant Beach Bride has been paid in full. Vendors may also require rescheduling fees for a postponed wedding. Elegant Beach Bride reserves the right to reschedule weddings according to our availability. Any money received by Elegant Beach Bride is non-refundable. As a rule, refunds will not be given due to the extensive planning, preparation, coordination and creation of your wedding.
All weddings will start on time. Any wedding starting after the contracted start time will be subject to an additional fee of $25 for every fifteen minutes the wedding is delayed. Additional vendors may also have additional fees for use of additional time. We know this day is important and the pictures of this day are also very important. We will make every effort to be kind and professional to the wedding party but failing to be considerate of our time will result in less time spent on photography and therefore fewer pictures, making it vital to start on time.
Photographs are released to clients. For example, clients receive a CD of their photos, so they can duplicate the photos for their personal use. However, copyright of all pictures taken by Elegant Beach Bride is retained. By law, any photo taken by Elegant Beach Bride is the property of Elegant Beach Bride. Permission to post photographs on line or otherwise use photographs for commercial purposes will not be requested from Elegant Beach Bride as we are the owners of the photographs. However, any commercial use of photographs taken by Elegant Beach Bride must be approved in advance by Elegant Beach Bride.
Elegant Beach Bride is not responsible for acts of God such as hurricanes, thunderstorms, flooding, fires, catastrophic equipment failure and other uncontrollable occurances. In such event, reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate the client. If Elegant Beach Bride is unable to deliver photos, for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Elegant Beach Bride takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, digital transfer and delivery of photographic images; however in the event that we fail to comply with the terms of the agreement, for any reason, Elegant Beach Bride's liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid by the client. Elegant cannot be held responsible for loss of any images due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
"Rush" Ceremonies are normally possible. Payment in full is due immediately if the wedding is less than three weeks away.
The county may require a permit for any gathering over 50 people, in which additional fees may apply.
Please know that having a wedding on a public beach or other public place means that the public will be wandering about. While we strive to keep our weddings as intimate as possible, Elegant Beach Bride is not responsible for any disturbances the public may cause. The beach also prohibits glass, alcohol and open flames. Tents may require a permit.
** Elegant Beach Bride is not responsible for the rare exception of inclement weather (i.e.,Thunderstorms/Lightning/Hurricanes). Wedding may be delayed, postponed, cancelled, or location changed accordingly. Elegant Beach Bride makes every effort in spite of weather to proceed as scheduled. Be aware that when planning any outdoor event, inclement weather is a possibility. The client is responsible for providing a back up plan to accommodate the wedding. Elegant Beach Bride will provide suggestions and referrals as a courtesy.
